I love good food and my longtime favorite pastime is cooking and serving nothing but the best Filipino dish to friends and their friends. PhImNOYFoods and Imports is the ultimate expression of a pastime long enjoyed. PhImNOY is coined from Phim and Pinoy. The word "Pinoy" is the pet name of anyone born and raised in the Philippines. We created PhImNOY Foods because my family just L-O-V-E-S food, specially Filipino food. Nine years of being away from the Philippines moved me the more to prepare Filipino dishes for my family and my friends who are away from home. This website showcases home-cooked dishes that we prepare. The Filipino recipes pick choice ingredients that enhance the real Filipino taste (Lasang truly Pinoy). Just like home. All these dishes have one common ingredient, a secret ingredient that I alone know of. |
